Milwaukee, WI (Field-Based / Outside Sales)
Compensation:

Job Overview We are seeking a motivated
Outside Sales Representative
to grow HVAC, plumbing, and pipe equipment and supply sales throughout the Milwaukee, WI territory. This role focuses on building relationships with contractors, identifying new business opportunities, and expanding sales within an established market.
This position is ideal for a sales professional with HVAC, plumbing, pipe, or industrial distribution experience who enjoys working in the field, developing customer relationships, and being rewarded for performance.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical contractors
Grow territory sales through new account development and existing customer expansion
Sell HVAC equipment, plumbing supplies, pipe, fittings, valves, and related products
Conduct jobsite visits and customer meetings
Prepare quotes, pricing, and proposals
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
Track customer activity and opportunities using CRM software
Qualifications
3+ years of outside sales experience in HVAC, plumbing, pipe, or industrial distribution
Strong knowledge of HVAC and plumbing equipment, pipe, and related supplies
Proven ability to grow territory sales and manage customer relationships
Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven
Valid driver’s license
