-We are currently seeking an experienced Sales Professional specializing in plumbing solutions for commercial and industrial customers. This role requires a candidate with a strong technical understanding of plumbing systems and excellent sales skills. The ideal candidate will be adept at identifying and fulfilling client needs, providing tailored plumbing solutions, and establishing lasting customer relationships.

Summary As a Plumbing Service Sales professional, you will play an active role in the Plumbing Service department, by maintaining current customer relationships and working to build new ones. You will take the lead in reaching out and helping customers with their service needs as well as working on new solutions for larger projects.

Key Responsibilities

Work closely with the Plumbing Service Team to ensure that projects needs are met

Make warm and cold calls to develop leads for plumbing service and projects

Develop and maintain customer relationships

Estimate, sell and manage repair work and projects

Estimate, sell and manage service agreementsSource materials for jobs/projects

Provide all necessary information for creating proposals and estimates

Send copies of proposals and estimates to Service Manager for review

Review any service tickets that are tied to your project and service calls, to proactively respond to any issues

Meet with customers on a regular basis to discuss current services, project completed and future needs, to develop overall customer satisfaction

Attend sales meetings with details on active leads being pursued and current projects/services that are being completed

Review maintenance contracts at time of renewal for updates

Create a reference list of all leads and customers for visibility for the department

Other projects and duties as assigned

Employment Type - Full-Time 40+ hours

Minimum Experience – Five Years of Sales and Service Preferred

Wisconsin Plumbing Code Knowledge Needed

Salary Range – Based on Experience 80K – 120K
