Identify and prospect new business opportunities within assigned territory (Elmira, NY and surrounding areas) Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs consistently Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize sales strategies Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits Maintain a robust pipeline using CRM tools and provide accurate sales forecasts Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities Qualifications
2 years sales experience- preferred Required Skills
Proven sales experience, preferably in B2B or related industry Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously Self-motivated with a results-driven approach Comfortable working independently and as part of a team Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) Knowledge of the Elmira, NY market and network is a plus Pay range and compensation package
