OUCU Financial is seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Business Account Specialist who will play a crucial role in welcoming new business members by expertly opening and setting up their business accounts. Your dedication to accuracy and member service will ensure smooth onboarding experiences that build strong, lasting relationships from the start. Duties Include:

Opens all business and trust deposit accounts. Knowledgeable about business structures and what is needed for account opening. Completes all maintenance requests for business accounts, including changing or removing signers, adding accounts, etc. Responds to business member inquiries regarding the operation of accounts, access to services, account discrepancies, ordering business checks and debit cards, and assisting with complaint resolution. Cross-sells credit union business deposit services and loan products to members and non-members. Provides all appropriate disclosures for business account establishment. The pay for this position starts at $18.21 per hour, with relevant education and experience considered in determining the starting pay rate. Requirements

Associate's degree in business or equivalent education and experience. Minimum of two years' experience in financial services or a similar environment. Credit union experience and familiarity with credit union products and services preferred. Basic understanding of lending process preferred. Knowledge of corporate filings and tax returns preferred.
