Their portfolio includes BOPP, CPP, Polyester (BOPET), and value-added films. All sales are direct-to-customer; they do not use distributors. Sales are supported by a large technical and customer service team, enabling fast response and strong commercial support. Role Overview
They’re seeking a self-driven Sales Manager to expand their presence in the Midwest and surrounding regions. This role focuses on: Developing new business with small to mid-sized converters Targeting accounts currently serviced by distributors Deepening relationships with existing corporate customers Partnering with senior sales leaders while building your own book of business Candidate Profile
Experience:
5–10+ years in flexible packaging film sales BOPP, CPP, BOPET or similar substrates Exposure to converting and food packaging markets Distributor background considered if strong network in smaller accounts Characteristics:
Self-starter with minimal supervision needed Ownership, accountability, and urgency in execution Strong commercial and customer relationship skills Coachable and growth-oriented 3–6 months:
Understand territory, build customer relationships, identify growth opportunities 6–12 months:
