Here’s What We Are Looking For
Ability to follow our proven sales process to sell the monthly Elements Wellness Program and build customer loyalty
Good conversational skills—love listening to all new clients, established clients, and prospective clients
Can turn incidents of client criticism into stories of great customer service
Prior retail sales experience preferred, especially selling memberships or services in-person to potential clients
Customer service experience in a spa-like or similar environment preferred; ability to provide hospitality and execution of service quality
Familiarity with modern office tools and systems; scheduling and payment processed with ease
Driven to create the best work environment for employees and the best experiences for clients
