About our Agency Welcome to Chelsea Terry State Farm Insurance Agency! Since opening in June 2021, weve been proudly serving the greater DFW area and all of Texas from our Plano office, offering personalized insurance and financial services that help families protect what matters most and achieve their dreams.
Our growing team of four is known for its sophisti-chill vibea professional yet fun and supportive atmosphere where everyone is valued. Responsibilities
Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
Requirements
Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs
Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
People-oriented
Detail oriented
Proactive in problem solving
Able to learn computer functions
Ability to work in a team environment
