About Our Agency I opened my legacy agency in 2021 and expanded with a second office in 2023. Today, we’re proud to have a team of 20 team members who work together with a shared mission and a strong commitment to serving our customers and community at a high level. I’ve been with State Farm for 19 years and previously served as an agency manager and sales leader. Before State Farm, I worked as a stock broker, which helped shape my competitive mindset and focus on performance. I attended Austin College, played both baseball and football, and was honored to be inducted into the Hall of Fame. I’m also a lifelong Texoma resident, and my family has a long history with State Farm; my mom was an agent for 35 years.

Role Description As Account Manager – State Farm Agent Team Member for Jake Shockley – State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customer success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and act as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. Responsibilities

Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.

Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.

Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.

Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.

Qualifications

Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.

Leadership and interpersonal skills.

Proven track record of meeting sales targets.

Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
