
PatientFocus is expanding our commercial team and looking for a driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to help us grow our digital-first patient pay solutions. You’ll identify target healthcare practices, create awareness, and generate high-quality meetings for our Account Executives.

What You’ll Do
Prospect into medical groups, ASC networks, and hospital-based practices
Build lists of ICP prospects (10+ physicians or $10M+ AR)
Send targeted outreach via LinkedIn, phone, email, HubSpot sequences
Identify pain points in post-adjudication patient pay and route qualified opportunities
Partner closely with AEs to set high-quality discovery conversations
Maintain accurate activity and notes in HubSpot
What We’re Looking For
0–3 years of sales or previous outbound BDR, or SDR experience
Healthcare, RCM, or SaaS experience preferred but not required
Comfortable
making outbound calls , sending video messages, and doing multi-channel outreach
Strong communication and curiosity
A “problem-first” approach — not a script reader
Coachable, positive, hungry to grow
Hybrid work from home and office on Melrose Ave
