Ocean Spray is hiring for a(n) Sales Analytics Specialist! We're a team of farmers, thinkers, creators, and doers. The Sales Analytics Specialist will play a crucial role in driving analytical capabilities through effective deployment of technology across the global International & Ingredients (I&I) Business.
You will be the go‑to person for sales analytics within I&I. As part of the Strategy & Insights Centre of Excellence, you will collaborate closely with your Insights and Sales Ops colleagues as well as support regional international teams to achieve overall business objectives.
A Day in the Life
Act as the primary technical resource in creating, expanding and managing the Global Consumption Dashboard. Support Insights team and regional business teams in identifying relevant trends and opportunities for growth.
Support Sales Ops in field sales communications (regular and ad hoc) and related tasks including but not limited to customer set‑up, price list updates, new & discontinued items, and supply updates.
Support I&I business teams with customer/product‑level sales analytics incorporating data from internal and external sources.
Develop systems to help track, communicate, and improve promotional efficiencies and effectiveness, new launches execution, and account‑specific P&Ls.
Support development of tools to build Revenue Growth Management capabilities within regional business teams.
Manage COE Admin budgeting and expense tracking, including coding and processing of invoices.
Support I&I Strategic Initiatives with relevant data and timely reports.
Leverage SAC/PBI to build suite of relevant reports for I&I across functions - sales, marketing, operations.
Utilize appropriate tools to assist in the tracking of key sales objectives (merchandising, assortment, profit and shelving) along with internal forecasting.
Collaborate with sales teams and broker personnel, if necessary, to develop reporting and analytical tools.
Assist in annual sales planning process.
Provide ad‑hoc reports as needed.
What We Are Looking For Required
Bachelor's degree required
3+ years' experience in a Sales or Sales/Category Support setting
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Expertise in Microsoft Suite
Expertise in Power BI & SAP Analytics Cloud
Basic understanding of syndicated databases (e.g., Nielsen, Circana)
Basic understanding of category analytics
Ability to prioritize and handle several projects simultaneously
Detail‑oriented
Preferred
Experience in S4 Hana preferred
Experience in international business, particularly for regions outside North America preferred
Education Bachelor's or University Degree (Required)
Work Experience At least 3 Years of Experience
Annual Salary $59,700 - $82,060
