that partners with ambitious B2B brands to build strong digital presences, expand online visibility, and drive meaningful audience engagement. They are known for high-impact campaigns, creative storytelling, and a collaborative, fast-paced agency culture. Key Responsibilities

Conceptualise, create, and execute engaging content across

LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), and TikTok Design, edit, photograph, and film high-quality content using

Adobe Creative Suite, Canva , and similar tools Develop creative, data-driven social media strategies to accelerate client visibility and growth Research, pitch, and clearly explain new social media ideas and trends to clients Write compelling captions and long-form storytelling aligned with each client’s brand voice and goals Build and manage

monthly content calendars

across all platforms Oversee day-to-day client communication, approvals, and revisions via

Loomly Collaborate with internal team members via email and project workflows to deliver assets on time Analyse performance metrics, social trends, and insights to optimise content strategy Prepare reports, dashboards, and recommendations for client-facing weekly status calls Lead, mentor, and support a team of Social Media Managers, fostering a creative and high-performing culture Conduct daily social listening and community engagement across all assigned accounts Requirements

10+ years of experience

managing social media in a fast-paced, high-profile brand or agency environment Proven track record of

growing large, engaged social media followings Strong understanding of internet culture, social demographics, and authentic community-building Experience leading teams and scaling high volumes of high-performing content Background collaborating with marketing, product, and leadership teams Exceptional communication skills (written, verbal, editing, and presentations) Advanced copywriting and storytelling abilities Hands-on experience with content management and scheduling platforms Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Agency experience required B2B marketing experience required Graphic design and video editing expertise Benefits
