Job Summary We’re hiring a

Social Media Manager

to support multiple high-growth companies looking to strengthen their online presence, brand voice, and audience engagement. This role is ideal for someone who is creative, data-driven, and experienced in managing social media accounts across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand and business goals

Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X (Twitter), and TikTok

Write compelling captions and short-form copy optimised for engagement and conversions

Monitor comments, messages, and mentions, ensuring timely and professional responses

Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, clicks, conversions) and prepare regular reports

Stay up to date with social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices

Collaborate with designers, video editors, and marketers to deliver cohesive campaigns

2+ years of experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role

Proven experience managing multiple social media platforms for brands or businesses

Strong understanding of content strategy, analytics, and audience growth

Experience with social media scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout, Meta Business Suite)

Excellent written English and strong communication skills

Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment
