Step Into a Leadership Role on the Production Floor We’re looking for a motivated, hands‑on
Packaging Lead
to support our daily warehouse and packaging operations. In this role, you’ll lead a team of Packaging Line Associates assembling specialty seasoning kits while working alongside them to ensure production goals, quality standards, and safety expectations are met.
This is a working lead position — ideal for someone who enjoys staying active, supporting a team, and driving results in a fast‑paced environment.
What You’ll Do As a Packaging Lead, you’ll play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly and efficiently.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
Leading and supporting Packaging Line Associates during daily production
Coordinating kit assembly activities to meet production schedules
Ensuring accuracy, quality, lot coding, and labeling standards are met
Training new team members on work instructions, safety, and quality procedures
Monitoring materials and packaging supplies; reporting shortages
Assisting with line setup, changeovers, and work area organization
Troubleshooting minor issues and escalating concerns when necessary
Promoting a safe, clean, and organized work environment
Communicating production updates and challenges to supervisors
Performing packaging and kit assembly alongside the team as needed
Holding team members accountable to hourly and daily production goals
What We’re Looking For
Previous warehouse, packaging, or production experience required
Prior lead, team coordinator, or supervisory experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
Clear, positive communication skills
Dependable, organized, and solution‑oriented mindset
Comfortable working in a fast‑paced production environment
Physical Requirements This is an active, on‑your‑feet role. Candidates must be able to:
Stand for extended periods of time
Lift up to 50 lbs as needed
Perform repetitive motion, bending, reaching, and lifting throughout the shift
Work Environment

Moderate noise levels
Fast‑paced production environment
