Step into a leadership role as a Packaging Lead! Are you a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Were looking for a Packaging Lead to guide and support our packaging team as they assemble specialty seasoning kits and prepare products for shipment. This is a working leadership role ideal for someone who enjoys being on the floor, leading by example, and keeping operations running smoothly. What Youll Do As a Packaging Lead, youll be a key player in daily warehouse and packaging operations: Lead and support Packaging Line Associates during daily production Coordinate kit assembly to meet hourly and daily production goals Ensure accuracy, quality, and consistency in packaging, labeling, and lot coding Train and onboard new team members on work instructions, safety, and quality standards Monitor materials and supplies; report shortages or issues promptly Assist with line setup, changeovers, and overall organization Troubleshoot minor issues and escalate larger concerns when needed Promote a safe, clean, and well-organized work environment Communicate production updates and challenges to supervisors and managers Work alongside the team performing packaging and kit assembly as needed Hold the team accountable for meeting production numbers What Were Looking For Previous warehouse, packaging, or production experience required Prior lead or team coordinator experience preferred Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Clear, positive communication and team leadership skills Dependable, organized, and solution-oriented mindset Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment Other Experience and Qualifications: Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed Repetitive motion, bending, reaching, and lifting throughout the shift
