What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Plan, facilitate, and lead user research activities across various projects
Lead multidisciplinary teams to achieve inclusive, accessible, and effective research outcomes
Conduct qualitative analysis and synthesize findings to create user journeys and user stories
Engage with stakeholders to negotiate and guide them towards positive project outcomes
Support project teams in navigating the complexities and ambiguities of user‑centered design projects
What is Required (Qualifications)
Demonstrable experience as a Senior User Researcher
Experience working with multidisciplinary project teams
Experience on GDS or public sector projects
Must be eligible for NPPV3 clearance
Strong facilitation skills for conducting user interviews and usability testing

Proactive and autonomous approach to leading discussions and adding value
Experience in managing complex projects and stakeholder relationships
Knowledge of ethical research practices and accessibility needs in user research
