Role Overview Bienal is seeking a
full‑time, on‑site Interior Designer
to join our growing team in the Greater Orlando area. This role focuses on
high‑end custom kitchen and closet design
for luxury residential and custom home projects.
Key Responsibilities
Design custom kitchens, closets, and built‑in furniture based on client needs and lifestyle
Develop space planning, layouts, material selections, and finish specifications
Create 3D renderings and visual presentations to support client decisions
Collaborate with clients to refine designs and finalize approvals
Coordinate with production and installation teams to ensure design intent is executed
Participate in the management of projects from initial consultation through completion
Follow up on company‑generated leads and maintain strong client relationships
Represent Bienal at networking events and industry functions as requested
Qualifications
Proven experience in
high‑end custom kitchen and closet design , preferably for custom homes
Experience designing
built‑in furniture
for luxury residential projects
Strong knowledge of finishes including
veneer, lacquer paint, melamine, and laminate
In‑depth understanding of materials such as
solid wood, plywood, MDF, and particle board
Familiarity with
premium kitchen and closet accessories and hardware
Expertise in kitchen layout planning, color coordination, and finish selection
Proficiency in design software such as
AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with clients, architects, and construction teams
Bachelor’s degree in
Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
Prior experience with
luxury residential projects
is highly preferred
