Join our team as a Graphic Designer and support the U.S. Army III Armored Corps Public Affairs Office by collaborating with a variety of teams and external partners to create high-quality print and digital products. As a self‑motivated and organized designer, you will manage and design projects from concept to final delivery, ensuring the Public Affairs Office keeps the American people and the Army family informed.

Work Schedule and Location This full‑time on‑site position will work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM at 1001 761st Tank Battalion Ave, Fort Cavazos, TX 76544.

Responsibilities

Collaborating with a variety of teams and external partners, including art services, web designers, printers, and marketers, to create high‑quality graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and websites

Planning concepts by studying relevant information and materials

Illustrating concepts by designing examples of art arrangement, size, type size and style and submitting them for approval

Managing a high‑volume workload and delivering finished, print‑ready files with no defects

Coordinating with outside agencies, art services, web designers, marketing, printers, and colleagues as necessary

Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing tasks as needed

Communicating with clients about layout and design

Creating a wide range of graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and websites with software such as Adobe Photoshop or InDesign

Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements when necessary

Required

Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field

The ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance

Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio

Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator

A strong eye for visual composition

Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines

Ability to give and receive constructive criticism

Understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design

Desired

Able to work with little or no guidance (self‑starter)

Experience with tracking software like Monday.com

Experience with motion graphics

Understanding of III Armored Corps and/or the Army
