R468022**Role Specific Information****Job Description**This role is based at our Corporate Office in Menomonee Falls, WI. You’ll work onsite from Monday through Thursday, with the option to work remotely on Fridays.****About the Role****In this role, you will be a part of the team responsible for Kohl's in-house base media strategy and cross-channel investment planning. You will collaborate cross-functionally across the marketing,
finance and analytics organizations and coordinate internal projects.****What You’ll Do***** Contribute to developing strategic plans, including investment and go-to-market, including flighting and communication planning* Maintain daily, weekly, monthly and annual media investment documents and contribute to process improvements and new procedures* Gather and analyze performance results and insights to help inform future investment planning* Communicate with media channel owners and marketing teams on an ongoing basis to ensure all parties are aligned to the media plan and deadlines are met* Schedule and own invitations for internal review meetings* Attend internal reviews, create agenda of projects to be reviewed and manage meeting preparation* Coordinate feedback and action items during internal reviews* Additional tasks may be assigned****What Skills You Have****Required* Bachelor's degree* 3-4 years marketing experience* Ability to work independently and follow complex documentation* Ability to thrive in a team environment to accomplish detail-oriented tasks with accuracyPreferred* 3 years of paid media experience* 1-2 years of paid media experience at a media agency and/or an in-house media department* 1-2 years of direct mail experience****Essential Functions****The requirements listed below are representative of functions you will be required to perform, however you may be required to perform additional functions.
