The Opportunity We’re hiring a
Business Development Representative
to fuel our growth. This role is all about building powerful relationships, opening new accounts, and representing our brand with confidence. You’ll work closely with property managers, insurance professionals, and industry partners while driving both B2B outreach and inbound opportunities.
What You’ll Do
Open new accounts and expand our vendor network
Build long-term partnerships with key industry players
Execute high-impact business development and marketing initiatives
Represent the company at meetings, events, and CE seminars
Manage follow-ups and activity in our CRM
Meet clients regularly and grow your territory

Strong B2B sales background (long sales cycles preferred)
Comfortable networking, presenting, and being on the move
Highly organized with a competitive mindset
CRM‑literate and process‑focused
Experience
1+ year in sales, marketing, or business development
Restoration, construction, insurance, or property management experience a plus
Proven ability to hit or exceed targets
Valid driver’s license required
