Job Description We are looking for an ambitious,
commission-hungry Sales Representative
with a growth mindset to open new accounts and position us as the preferred vendor for hotels, restaurants, multifamily complexes, and property management firms in Orlando. As a B2B Business Development specialist at Number One Restoration, you will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities, building solid relationships with key stakeholders, and managing accounts effectively. You will also collaborate with our internal teams to implement development strategies that drive company-wide growth.
✅ What You’ll Do
Prospect and Open Doors:
Connect with key decision-makers, including Hotel GMs, Directors of Operations, Chief Engineers, Property Managers, and Facility Managers.
Close Deals:
Schedule meetings, present our services, and secure B2B agreements (Preferred Vendor / Service Agreements).
Relationship Management:
Develop long-term partnerships and activate accounts by securing initial projects.
Pipeline Management:
Maintain a steady sales pipeline and consistent follow-up using our CRM.
What We’re Looking For (Required)
Bilingual:
Fluent in English and Spanish.
B2B Sales Experience:
Ideally in property services, facilities, construction, maintenance, commercial cleaning, HVAC/plumbing/roofing, or restoration.
Hunter Mentality:
You know how to prospect, follow up with a methodical approach, and close the deal.
Mobility:
Must have a reliable vehicle and be available to visit properties throughout the Orlando area.
