Your expertise will help clients recover quickly and confidently, while you manage a dedicated team of technicians. Duties
Supervise and coordinate mitigation projects related to water damage, fire damage, mold remediation, and other restoration services
Lead and motivate a team of technicians to deliver exceptional service using industry-standard cleaning, restoration, and construction techniques
Assess job sites thoroughly to determine scope of work, safety requirements, and necessary tools or materials
Ensure proper use of hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment for cleaning, demolition, and restoration tasks
Manage project timelines, budgets, and quality control to meet client expectations and company standards
Maintain compliance with environmental health regulations and safety protocols during all mitigation activities
Communicate effectively with clients, insurance adjusters, vendors, and team members throughout each project lifecycle
Requirements
Proven experience in the restoration industry with a focus on mitigation services such as water damage restoration, fire damage repair, or mold remediation
Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques and the use of hand tools and power tools in construction and restoration environments
Ability to lead a team efficiently while maintaining high safety standards and quality workmanship
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; willingness to travel as needed for project sites
Certifications in restoration industry practices are preferred but not mandatory; ongoing training will be provided
