This is a 6‑month contract, averaging 15–20 hours per week, working in PST. The preferred schedule is Tues/Thurs 9-3 and Fri 9-12 PST. You’ll report to the Sr. Manager, Loyalty Marketing and join a collaborative team of marketers. Must have Klaviyo experience. Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Loyalty Marketing, you will work closely with an internal marketing team and a third‑party email agency. There will be significant coordination to keep projects on track, align on priorities, and ensure content calendars and performance goals are consistently met. This position is designed as a hands‑on production role, focused on execution rather than strategy, budgeting, or vendor management. Key Responsibilities

1. Weekly Email Production

Coordinate weekly email campaigns from brief through deployment. Prepare briefs, gather assets, and support copy/design routing and approvals. QA links, content accuracy, segmentation inputs, and deployment readiness. Monitor timelines, maintain production trackers, and flag risks or delays. 2. Content & Creative Coordination

Draft clear email briefs with content direction and key messages. Partner with copywriting and design teams to ensure brand‑aligned execution. Build and maintain a short‑term email content calendar across campaigns. Help balance brand storytelling and performance needs within the calendar. 3. Seasonal + DTC/eCommerce Support

Execute emails supporting product priorities, seasonal moments, and DTC goals. Update lifecycle sends (e.g., welcome series) as directed by the core team. Coordinate with DTC partners on needed message, offer, or timing adjustments. 4. Reporting & Tracking

Pull post‑send metrics (opens, clicks, unsubscribes, conversions). Summarize basic performance insights for the loyalty marketing team. Track subscriber growth and high‑level segmentation performance. Support occasional presentations and status readouts using these insights. 5. Administrative & Workflow Coordination

Join weekly email/creative check‑ins with the internal team and agency. Maintain organized production files, campaign documentation, and workflows. Ensure clear communication of priorities, status, and next steps across partners. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys detailed execution, cross‑team coordination, and keeping complex email programs running smoothly.
