What We Are Looking For Capelli Sport is seeking a

Business Development Representative (BDR)

to join our growing Sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities within the youth soccer market across the country. You will support Sales Executives by prospecting, qualifying leads, building strong relationships with potential clients, and helping drive revenue growth. This role requires a proactive, results-driven individual who can manage multiple opportunities, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and move prospects through the sales pipeline with urgency. This position is salary-based, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.

About the Role

Proactively engage prospective clients through outbound outreach, including email, text, phone, and LinkedIn, to educate them on Capelli Sport’s products and services and generate qualified sales opportunities for Sales Executives and Business Development Managers.

Present Capelli Sport to potential clients by initiating contact and building relationships, qualifying prospects to assess fit, needs, and sales potential.

Accurately track outreach activity, call data, and prospect information within Salesforce (CRM), maintaining detailed and organized records.

Learn and effectively utilize the Capelli Sport sales script and company profile to guide prospects through discovery and recommend appropriate product solutions.

Schedule and coordinate meetings or calls between prospective clients and Sales Executives or Account Managers.

Act as a key liaison between the Sales and Marketing teams to ensure alignment on lead generation and campaign initiatives.

Benefits And Perks

$15-$20 Per Hour based on experience.
