Position Summary: The Inside Sales & Account Manager is responsible for

retail showroom sales, dealership and web account management, and customer service support . This role is both sales and relationship driven, with a focus on creating exceptional customer experiences, managing key client accounts, and driving business growth. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist showroom visitors, provide recommendations, quotes, and complete transactions. Respond to incoming retail inquiries, answer product questions, and guide customers toward purchase decisions. Maintain an active retail pipeline in the CRM and follow up on all open quotes. Serve as the inside point of contact for dealership key clients. Provide fast, professional, and courteous responses to order inquiries. Manage quoting, order processing, and relationship-building with key accounts. Web Key Account Management Manage and grow relationships with web-based key accounts. Evaluate new web orders for growth potential and establish ongoing relationships. Proactively reach out to web accounts with promotions, upselling opportunities, and updates. Customer Service Support Support the customer service team by handling incoming phone calls when needed. Assist with pre-sale inquiries and address post-sale needs or issues in a professional, caring manner. Skills & Attributes Positive, can-do attitude with a professional demeanor. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Organized, detail-oriented, and excellent at time/task management. Driven, goal-oriented, and motivated to meet customer needs. Education & Experience High school diploma (required); additional education a plus. Previous experience in customer service, sales, or account management (required). Proficiency in Microsoft Office (required). Experience with QuickBooks (preferred). Competitive annual salary (based on experience) with performance incentives Health premium fully paid. 401(k) plan. Two (2) weeks of paid time off (PTO), three (3) weeks after 1 st year. Schedule Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
