Experience creating user stories for SFMC

Working knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and marketing technology integrations

Experience supporting vendor‑led delivery and cross‑functional teams

Understanding of omnichannel marketing, data integration, and activation concepts

Knowledge of data privacy, consent, and compliance in digital marketing

This role serves as the primary liaison between marketing, internal IT teams, and external service partners to support delivery of Salesforce Marketing Cloud–related initiatives. The focus is on gathering and translating business and technical requirements, coordinating vendor‑led delivery, tracking progress and risks, supporting UAT, and validating that solutions meet documented requirements, data quality, and governance standards across Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, MCI, and related platforms.

Design and development are performed by IT service partners; this role concentrates on coordination, communication, integration validation, and production readiness. Ongoing responsibilities include supporting platform enhancements, integrations, dashboards, and reporting through requirements clarification, issue triage, stakeholder feedback, and post‑release support.
