Additional responsibilities encompass research, advocacy, and public engagement, involving leading a Research-Program Partnership to promote continuous improvement among stakeholders. The Director will engage in data-driven advocacy efforts, facilitating research activities to inform public policy and increase investment in early childhood programs.
Innovation in program systems is another crucial area, with the Director tasked with co-creating solutions with stakeholders to enhance service delivery, resource alignment, and professional development for educators.
