6:15 AM – 6:00 PM

What You’ll Do as an Assistant Director: As an Assistant Director, you play a key role in partnering with your Center Director to lead, inspire, and create an environment where children and staff thrive.

Leadership & Operations

Support center leadership in meeting enrollment, accreditation, and operational goals

Help maintain licensing standards and ensure compliance

Step into classroom, kitchen, or support roles as needed to ensure smooth operations

Family & Staff Partnerships

Build strong, positive relationships with families, teachers, and community partners

Partner with parents to ensure their children receive the highest quality care

Support teaching teams with curriculum implementation, coaching, and guidance

Culture & Safety

Foster a warm, inclusive, joyful environment for children and staff

Ensure classrooms meet safety, supervision, and engagement expectations

Monitor center safety procedures, conduct headcounts, and support daily center needs

What You Bring

2+ years of Early Childhood Education experience

Understanding of developmentally appropriate practices

Strong administrative, communication, and organizational skills

CPR/First Aid or willingness to obtain

Ability to lift up to 40 lbs, work indoors/outdoors, and maintain visual/auditory supervision

Meet all state-specific licensing requirements

Ability to speak, read, and write in English
