Document Specialist

Actively screening for document specialist to support global manufacturing client for short term project in Tucker, GA. Document specialist needed for standardizing work instructions (WIs) into a new global quality template. We are seeking a temporary documentation specialist to support the manual migration of over 2,000 work instructions into the new standardized format. This role is highly detail-oriented and focuses on ensuring consistency, compliance, and audit readiness. Key responsibilities: Manually transfer content from existing work instructions into the new global template (copy/paste into defined sections). Ensure formatting, headings, tables, and metadata align with template requirements. Identify and correct minor formatting issues while maintaining original content intent. Track document completion status and flag missing or unclear source information. Follow document naming, version control, and quality guidelines. Communicate questions or exceptions to the project lead. Additional skills & qualifications: 1+ year of experience in documentation support, data entry, administrative support, or similar roles. 1+ year of experience working in a laboratory. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency across high-volume work. Proficiency in Microsoft Word (styles, formatting, tables). Ability to manage repetitive tasks independently and meet productivity expectations. Strong written communication skills. Job Type & Location

This is a contract position based out of Tucker, GA. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
