Responsibilities: Handle incoming calls professionally and resolve customer inquiries effectively. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using data entry systems. Respond to email correspondence promptly and ensure clear communication. Assist customers with order entry and processing to meet their needs. Schedule appointments and coordinate with relevant departments. Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word for documentation and reporting purposes. Provide support for both inbound and outbound calls as needed. Uphold high standards of customer service to enhance satisfaction levels. Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations within the call center. Requirements: Proven experience in a call center or customer service role. Strong skills in answering inbound calls and managing customer interactions. Proficiency in data entry and maintaining accurate records. Ability to handle email correspondence professionally and efficiently. Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Word for daily tasks. Capability to manage order entry and appointment scheduling.
