Our client is a rapidly growing healthcare organization specializing in ophthalmology and related practices. They are centralizing billing operations and expanding their team to ensure accuracy and efficiency in revenue cycle management. Job Description:

Billing Specialists

to join our client's remote revenue cycle team. This is a

direct hire

opportunity for experienced professionals who excel in AR follow-up, denials management, and appeals within ophthalmology billing. Key Responsibilities:

Manage AR follow-up for physician claims Review and resolve denied claims, including writing and filing appeal letters Confirm claim accuracy before submission Handle commercial and government payers, with a large Medicare patient population Post payments and perform some charge entry Work on the professional fee (profee) side of billing Maintain productivity standards (approx. 50 claims/day) Collaborate with RCM managers and billing team to optimize processes Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of ophthalmology billing experience (retina or cornea preferred) Strong knowledge of Medicare and government claims Experience with profee billing required Ability to work independently and meet productivity goals Comfortable working across multiple time zones (based on assigned practice) Addison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
