US Heart and Vascular is in need of a full time Call Center Representative to join our team at Fort Worth Heart in Fort Worth, TX. Responsibilities: Schedule and verifies appointments as needed Answer incoming calls in a timely manner. Route calls as appropriate. Serve as back-up to check-in/check-out due to staffing shortage and patient volume. Any other duties as assigned or requested. Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent. 1 year of call center experience 2 years of customer service experience. Healthcare knowledge is preferred but not required. Bilingual in English and Spanish is required. Medical Assistant Certification is preferred but not required.
