This is an exciting job opportunity for you as a Production Supervisor in Bloomington, CA, with Cooper Lighting Solutions, a business unit of Signify, the world leader in lighting. Lead and coordinate manufacturing activities to ensure efficient production processes, operational excellence, and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Manage a team of production workers ensuring targets are met in quality, safety, yield, output, and timely delivery of products. Provide training and development opportunities to enhance team capabilities and performance. Monitors performance indicators and implements corrective actions to improve efficiency. Initiate and support continuous improvement initiatives, improvements, and projects. More About You
