Production Supervisor
in
Bloomington, CA , with Cooper Lighting Solutions, a business unit of Signify, the world leader in lighting.
Lead and coordinate manufacturing activities to ensure efficient production processes, operational excellence, and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Manage a team of production workers ensuring targets are met in quality, safety, yield, output, and timely delivery of products.
Provide training and development opportunities to enhance team capabilities and performance.
Monitors performance indicators and implements corrective actions to improve efficiency.
Initiate and support continuous improvement initiatives, improvements, and projects.

Bachelor's degree in manufacturing engineering, industrial engineering, or related
2+ years’ experience in a supervisory or team leader role managing production teams and leading improvements
5+ years’ experience in manufacturing operations
Proven success complying with quality and safety standards
Experience with SAP or other ERP/MRP systems
Electromechanical product knowledge, Lean experience, and familiarity with purchasing highly preferred

Salary:
$73,180 - 107,327 based on experience level
Bonus:
target bonus opportunity - 5%
