The Customer Service Representative is responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience from vehicle drop-off to final delivery. This role works closely with customers, insurance partners, estimators, and the production team to ensure a smooth repair process. You are the face of the shop
setting expectations, keeping customers informed, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Communication
Greet customers in person and over the phone Explain the collision repair process and insurance procedures Provide repair updates and manage expectations Maintain clear documentation of customer communication Vehicle Intake & Documentation
Map and photograph vehicle damage Create and maintain accurate repair files Follow company and insurance partner documentation standards Administrative Support
Collect customer payments Update rental management systems (ARMS) Assist with Accounts Receivable follow-up Support the General Manager with reporting and expense tracking Additional responsibilities may be assigned based on business needs. Requirements
Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Organized and detail-oriented Proficient with computers and office systems Valid driver's license Eligible to work in the United States Ability to pass background screening Preferred Qualifications
