Position Summary: Join our team at Eventus WholeHealth as a physician at a state-of-the-art practice, earning up to $400,000 in a private practice setting. Work in skilled nursing and assisted living facilities, leading a team of Advanced Practice Providers and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide primary‑care services according to Eventus WholeHealth site‑specific protocols and standard of care for family medicine, geriatric, or internal medicine in long‑term care facilities.
- Review and sign MARs, orders, labs, and manage scheduled medication prescriptions per facility and company policy.
- Allocate adequate time per visit for paperwork and administrative duties.
- Collaborate with facility systems, attend care‑plan and QA/PI meetings.
- Available on call 8 AM–5 PM during scheduled work days, with triage policies and schedules subject to change.
- Submit documentation and billing records to Eventus WholeHealth per billing schedules.
- Maintain open communication with facility staff and administration; provide feedback on medications and caregiver information.
- Adhere to Eventus WholeHealth standards, policies, regulatory and ethical guidelines, HIPAA, CPT coding guidelines.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and appropriate use of technology.
Qualifications
- Licensed MD or DO
- 3 years in long‑term or geriatric care preferred
- AMDA Certified (a plus, not mandatory)
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
