The Company is seeking a Vice President of Performance Marketing to spearhead the development of a centralized Marketing Center of Excellence for a multi-brand platform organization. The successful candidate will be tasked with building and scaling marketing systems, strategies, and vendor partnerships that drive performance across all brands. This leadership role requires a balance of national strategy and local execution, with a focus on efficiency and effectiveness. The VP of Performance Marketing will be responsible for a wide range of activities, including platform strategy and performance, paid media, CRM and lifecycle marketing, website optimization, brand standards, loyalty program design, and performance analytics.
Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' progressive marketing leadership experience, with a strong emphasis on performance, growth, and digital marketing. The role demands a proven track record in leading centralized marketing functions within multi-brand or multi-location environments, as well as deep expertise in paid media channels, CRM, and lifecycle marketing. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in website optimization, loyalty program design, and advanced analytical capabilities. Strong communication and presentation skills are essential, as is the ability to manage and optimize vendor relationships and develop scalable marketing systems for local teams. The VP of Performance Marketing will be a key partner to the Field Marketing leadership team, ensuring that centralized capabilities align with market-level execution.
