About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Director for its home care agency in Florida. The successful candidate will be tasked with providing overall leadership, administration, and strategic growth for the agency. This includes ensuring regulatory compliance, financial performance, and the development of new business in the region. The Executive Director will also be responsible for the collaboration between the sales team, operational staff, and talent acquisition, as well as for the documentation and communication of client requests to guarantee quality care and client satisfaction.
Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and a proven track record in home care operations, with a preference for those with private pay experience. The role requires the ability to develop strong, positive relationships with staff, clients, and referral sources, and a commitment to meeting the standards set by the Florida Agency for Health Care Administration and other relevant regulations. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader, capable of driving the agency's success and ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to clients.
