The Company is seeking an Executive Director for its home care agency in Florida. The successful candidate will be tasked with the overall leadership, administration, regulatory compliance, financial performance, and strategic growth of the agency. This includes having P&L responsibility, fostering collaboration between the sales team, operational staff, and talent acquisition, and working closely with sales to develop new business in the region. The Executive Director will also be the key point of contact for ensuring all client requests are met, communicating with clients and families to guarantee quality care and satisfaction, and ensuring compliance with all relevant health care regulations.
