IT Asset Fulfillment Specialist

IT Asset Fulfillment Specialist Location: Beaverton, OR (Onsite) Organization: Global Technology Operations – End User Computing / Depot Operations Reports to: Depot / Fulfillment Leadership Role Summary The IT Asset Fulfillment Specialist is responsible for the preparation, staging, deployment, and fulfillment of end-user IT assets. This role ensures devices and peripherals are accurately configured, tracked, and delivered while maintaining inventory integrity and compliance across depot operations. Key Responsibilities ? Fulfill hardware requests including laptops, monitors, and peripherals ? Stage, image, and configure devices per standard build requirements ? Process fulfillment requests through ServiceNow ? Pick, pack, and ship assets with accurate documentation ? Maintain inventory accuracy including row, bin, shelf, and substate updates ? Perform intake and restocking of returned assets ? Partner with RTI and HAM teams to support asset lifecycle accuracy ? Conduct routine inventory audits ? Support bulk fulfillment initiatives ? Recommend process improvements to increase efficiency Required Qualifications ? 2+ years of experience in IT asset fulfillment or depot operations ? Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools ? Familiarity with imaging and device configuration ? Strong organizational and inventory management skills ? Ability to lift and move IT equipment ? Strong teamwork and communication skills
