As the Director of Human Resources, you will drive strategic HR initiatives that support operational excellence, foster compliance, and strengthen team member engagement. You will oversee recruitment, employee relations, training, benefits administration, and policy implementation while aligning HR practices with Levy standards and business goals. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
5+ years of progressive Human Resources leadership experience
Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws
Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification preferred
Key Responsibilities: Lead recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning initiatives
Administer compensation, benefits, and compliance programs
Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
Partner with operational leadership to support performance management processes
Manage employee relations investigations and resolutions
Oversee HR reporting, recordkeeping, and audit processes
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives
