ROLE DESCRIPTION As Insurance Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Jimmy Watts - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
Adaption of skills necessary to operate a business.
Meet Daily Sales Goals.
As an Agent Team Member, you will receive...
Salary pay plus commission/bonus (90 Day probationary period - hourly pay that is converted to salary upon completion of 90-day probationary period)
