As Insurance Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Jimmy Watts - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
Adapt skills necessary to operate a business.
Meet Daily Sales Goals
Compensation
Salary pay plus commission/bonus (90 Day probationary period - hourly pay that is converted to salary upon completion of 90-day probationary period)
Paid time off (vacation and personal/sick days)

Learning to market property/casualty, life, health, bank and mutual fund products
Setting sales and growth goals
Working closely with the agent to gain an understanding of the agent’s role and office logistics

Compensation: $32,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
