
Job Summary
Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a dynamic and growing team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage a diverse portfolio of commercial accounts, ranging from contractors and tenant policies to restaurants and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in commercial lines insurance, exceptional organizational skills, and a proactive approach to client service.
Compensation Package
Salary Range: $80,000 - $100,000 annually
Commission: Eligible for commissions on call-ins and new business after 90 days/6 months

Responsibilities
Manage a $3M generalist book of business, including small to middle-market accounts ($1K-$100K in size)
Handle remarketing, cross-selling, and responding to client inquiries
Quote and process renewals (90%) and new business (10%)
Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong client relationships
Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless account management
Utilize EZLynx software for quoting and processing
Qualifications/Requirements
Licenses: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial lines insurance (5-10 years preferred)
Technical Skills: Proficiency in EZLynx software or similar platforms
Soft Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Professional and well-spoken demeanor
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Adaptable and able to thrive in a collaborative environment
