Banquet Server This position assists with set-up and tear down of banquet events. The Banquet Server will serve food, pour beverages, and handle requests of guests in accordance with the Morris Inn methods and service standards.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare table service for functions as per direction of the Banquet Captain or Lead Banquet Server
Follow written specifications provided by the events department
Participate in equipment removal following meal service
Professionally serve banquet functions; serving food, pouring beverages, and handling special requests of guests in accordance with the Morris Inn methods and service standard
Follow established guidelines for the safe handling of food
Assist with coffee break service at the Notre Dame Conference Center
Keep the work area and equipment clean and in good working condition

Qualifications
Capable of managing time effectively with minimal supervision
Excellent communication and listening skills
Ability to maintain a standing position for extended periods of time (up to 6 hours at a time)
Follow food safety procedures for handling, storing, and serving food products
Additional Information Pay Rate: $17.50/hr + gratuity
