We’re Hiring: Sales Representative – Manufacturing | Fishbowl Solutions
Are you a true hunter who thrives on net-new business and closing complex deals?
At Fishbowl Solutions, we help manufacturing companies modernize operations, streamline supply chains, and make smarter technology decisions using world‑class knowledge and content management solutions.
We’re looking for a driven Sales Representative to own and grow a manufacturing territory — partnering closely with Oracle sales teams and selling into industrial equipment, aerospace, and process manufacturing organizations.
What You’ll Own:
Build and manage a 4x quota pipeline across manufacturing accounts
Drive a $2.4M annual revenue target
Run consultative discovery with IT leaders, supply chain teams, and C‑suite executives
Co‑sell with Oracle field reps and align to their product roadmap
Manage the full sales cycle — from prospecting to close
Represent Fishbowl at partner events, tradeshows, and customer meetings
This is a high‑visibility, high‑impact role for someone who:
Loves prospecting and opening new doors
Is comfortable selling complex technology solutions
Thinks like a consultant, not just a salesperson
Wants to build something meaningful in a growing organization
