Oracle HCM Solutions Analyst / Workforce Scheduling Functional Lead

New York, NY (Onsite – 5 Days/Week)

Oracle HCM Cloud Environment

Contract | 3+ Months (Extension Based on Performance & Interest)

$70–$74 per hour - W2 Contract

Job Overview We are seeking an experienced

Oracle HCM Solutions Analyst / Workforce Scheduling Functional Lead

to support the design, implementation, and optimization of

Oracle HCM Cloud

solutions. This role requires close collaboration with HR, IT, Payroll, and cross‑functional teams to deliver scalable, best‑practice HCM solutions.

This position is

fully onsite in New York, NY (5 days per week)

and is open to

local candidates only .

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with HR, IT, Payroll, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate HR processes into Oracle HCM Cloud solutions

Lead end‑to‑end design, configuration, testing, and implementation of Oracle HCM modules

Serve as the

Functional Lead for Workforce Scheduling (US & Canada)

Perform business and gap analysis; recommend system enhancements and process improvements

Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics using Oracle HCM data

Lead and support

User Acceptance Testing (UAT) , including issue tracking and resolution

Support data migration activities, ensuring data accuracy and integrity

Provide post‑implementation support and troubleshoot system issues

Develop documentation, training materials, and conduct end‑user training sessions

Partner with cross‑functional teams to ensure successful system integration and adoption

Required Qualifications

2–3 years of experience as an

Oracle HCM Business Analyst or Solutions Consultant

Strong hands‑on experience with

Oracle HCM Cloud (Fusion Cloud)

Experience with system integrations and data migration

Solid understanding of HR business processes

Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and documentation skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to present technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders

Bachelor’s Degree (Required)

Hours:

37.5 hours per week

Shift:

9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Must be able to work

onsite 5 days per week
