Job Summary We are seeking an experienced
Oracle HCM Cloud – Workforce Scheduling Functional Lead
to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Workforce Scheduling solutions for US and Canada operations. The ideal candidate will bring strong functional expertise, implementation experience, and the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams to drive seamless integration and business process improvements. Key Responsibilities Lead the design and implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud – Workforce Scheduling solutions to optimize workforce management processes. Oversee integration with existing systems to ensure seamless functionality and data flow. Provide expert guidance on Workforce Scheduling best practices to enhance system efficiency and user experience. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify business requirements and resolve system challenges. Analyze business processes and recommend improvements aligned with Oracle Cloud HCM capabilities. Develop and maintain system documentation including configurations, process flows, and user guides. Conduct workshops and training sessions for end users on Workforce Scheduling functionalities. Stay updated with Oracle Cloud HCM enhancements and industry trends. Required Skills & Qualifications Strong implementation experience in
Oracle HCM Cloud – Workforce Scheduling . Proven experience with
Oracle HCM Cloud – Absence Management
(preferred). Experience with
Core HR
(preferred but not mandatory). Proficiency in system integration and data management techniques. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Experience conducting user training and functional workshops.
