Your Role: We’re making a long-term commitment to the Tallahassee real estate market—and we’re looking for a
proven Loan Originator to lead that growth.
This is a rare opportunity to grow the real estate market in the area without starting from scratch. We’ve been in the Tallahassee market before, are well-regarded by local builders, and have the balance sheet, pricing, and underwriting flexibility to win. What we haven’t had is a dedicated originator focused on owning this market. That’s where you come in.

6-Month Guaranteed Ramp Pay of $4500/ month with Incentive Offset
$24,000 - $33,000 base annual salary, dependent on experience

Unlimited earning potential

Inside and outside referral sources provided
Open territory with room to grow
Robust product suite, including:
Conventional
Construction
Jumbo
Doctor loans
Land
HELOCs (where applicable)
Strong marketing support to reduce out-of-pocket expenses
Operational and leadership support from 4 established branches in Tallahassee
Real estate lending is a top 2 portfolio priority for our Credit Union

Requirements: Education
Bachelor's Degree OR
Achievement of formal certifications, specialized certification or licensing recognized in the industry.
Experience
4 - 7 years of similar or related experience.
Mortgage industry experience required.
A demonstrated producer with a strong track record.
Proven ability to build, expand, and sustain a strong book of business.
Deep understanding of and connection in the Tallahassee market (builders, brokers, developers, real estate agents).
Focused on impact and growth—not titles or hierarchy.
