Could you be the full-time hybrid Market Analyst in Saint-Bruno we’re looking for?
Your future role Take on a new challenge and apply your expertise in market data analysis and strategic intelligence in a cutting-edge and ever-evolving field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and dynamic teammates and play a key role in delivering insights that shape Alstom’s strategic and operational decisions.
You'll help guide Alstom’s understanding of market trends and performance. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams such as sales, business development, and marketing, to share actionable insights. You’ll also support the development and tracking of key performance indicators (KPIs) and contribute to competitive and strategic intelligence efforts.
You’ll specifically take care of market research and data analysis, but also of communicating your findings to internal stakeholders.
We’ll look to you for:
Collecting and analyzing market data from both internal and external sources
Developing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs)
Calculating market shares by platform or region
Conducting strategic market monitoring to track trends and developments
Analyzing market trends at regional, platform, and global levels
Monitoring the competitive landscape to identify emerging patterns
Communicating trends and KPI results to internal stakeholders
Creating clear and coherent documents to present analytical findings
Ensuring consistency and traceability of collected data

Degree in business or a relevant field
2+ years of experience in a similar role
Ability to use, refine, and develop market modeling tools
Strong ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment
Commercial orientation and understanding of market needs and competitive trends
Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines
Analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize clear presentations for top management and commercial teams
Knowledge of a language other than French is an asset for facilitating communication with our international partners, suppliers, colleagues, and clients. In Quebec, however, French remains the primary working language of our company
