Create a culture of support within the school (for staff, families and children).

Learn all essential functions for each position in the school so you can support and inspire.

Manage operation of the school in the Director’s absence.

Assist the Director to ensure maximum enrollment and effective cost control.

Our ideal candidate has:

Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, or Child Development Associate, Psychology degree, or Bachelor of Arts or a related field, or equivalent classroom/teaching experience.

A strong commitment to building positive relationships with families and the community.

Must meet requirements as stipulated by the Virginia State Licensing agency

Must have valid CPR Certification and/or within 30 days of employment

Ability to train and supervise people.

Must continue to accumulate required hours of training as required by the state licensing agency and/or the corporate office

Must be proficient in Excel, Microsoft Word, and various computer skills

Must be willing to drive a bus

Be proficient in Social media posting and Marketing

Be willing to do Tours

Must have open availability 7am‑6pm and some Saturdays for Events

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $37,500.00 to $45,000.00
